We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility, which facilitates us to formulate a superior quality range of powder coating products. Our infrastructure is a combination of sophisticated at cutting edge technology in terms of manufacturing unit, quality testing laboratory, ware housing facility & research & development unit, our sophisticated manufacturing unit spread across an area of 828 sq. mtrs. & is equipped with requisite machinery for easy & swift production of our powder coating products, further, we regularly check the machine installed at our production unit to ensure that these are effectively operated.

Environment, Health & Safety Concerns

Our EHS policy provides for the creation of a safe & healthy workplace & a clean environment for employees and the community.  Which this policy, we aim at achieving higher international standards in terms of plant design, equipment selection, maintenance and operators to meet these standards.

The implementation of EHS policy is ensured by institutionalization of a robust EHS  management system, adequately supported by well-defined organizational structure.  As a part of EHS process at the corporate level, besides laying down guidelines on systems, policy and training the corporate EHS office monitors compliances as well as maintains and disseminates information on laws and regulations. EHS performance review meeting are held on regular basis to monitor the progress against the agreed EHS Improvement plans.

The key process at location level comprise of regular safety surveillance & audits, permit to work system for operational/maintenance safety, fire prevention & protection activates, disposal activities related to hazardous wastes and regular monitoring of the environment internally and also  through approved laboratories. These p[practices and approvals ensure effective use of resources and reduction of wastes as well as high safety & hygiene standards.

By following EHS policy, significant improvements have been done in the existing manufacturing facilities by providing extensive instrumented safety protection systems. Further more,  the following safety features have been incorporated in the basic design.

• The company accords the very high priority to hygiene monitoring at work place and health assessment of employees at sight.
• The plant and process are continuously upgraded to improve hygien & health standards.
• Necessity training is imparted to the employees and they are constantly updated through various external & in-house training program.
